Female Reserve
Why I'm building Female Reserve.

I didn't start Female Reserve because I had spent my career in women's health.
I started it because I hadn't.
We talk about women's health in departments.
I came to the subject as an engineer — and the more I read, the stranger one thing became: we talk about women's health in departments. Fertility here. Menopause there. Skin somewhere else. Muscle, metabolism, bone, libido and cognition each in their own conversation.
But biology doesn't respect those departments. The ovary is not simply a reproductive organ operating in isolation; its biology is connected to endocrine signaling and changes that intersect with systems throughout the body.
That became the question behind Female Reserve: what would women's health look like if we started with the system instead of waiting for individual parts of it to fail?
We're early — and that's exactly why I'm documenting what we're learning along the way.
Understand the system. Protect your reserve.
